Class Information

One of Chef's Favourite Menus! Bariguole = Braised in French. During this class you'll learn to prepare a scrumptious meal of Braised Artichokes, Carrots, Onions, & other Seasonal Veggies in a Savory Vegetable Broth. An Herbed Focaccia Bread on the side and for Dessert, Grape Clafoutis (think Dutch Baby Pancake w/Sweetened-Roasted Grapes baked inside). All supplies provided, along with Recipe Packets to take home!
