Class Information

Make new friends while slicing, dicing and stirring! The evening will start with a simple Lavender-Blueberry Spritzer. Then, more Culinary Lavender is used in the preparation of Lavender-Poached Salmon Filets. On the side, Lemon-Pea Risotto and for Dessert, Blueberry Gelato! This is a Hands-On Class.
