Looking for a new way to prepare and enjoy your Salmon? Join Chef for this Hands-On, In-Person class as she guides you through the preparation of Salmon Wellington or En Croute. In other words Salmon Encased in Puff Pastry - keeping your fish moist and flavorful. On the side, Easy Garlic Roasted Potatoes and for Dessert, Rhubarb & Strawberry Granitas! All Supplies Included along with Recipe Packets to take home!
