Two of Chef's favourite foods; Risotto and Gelato. Chef will show the secrets she learned in how to prepare perfect risotto; this one, Sage & Mozzarella, creamy and satisfying. Of course slices of warm bread on the side will be offered. Then chef will teach you how to churn up Blackberry Gelato with bits of Dark Chocolate. Your taste buds will be dancing the tarantella!
