Class Information

During this 2-Hour, Hands-On cooking class, Chef will walk you through the preparation of Homemade Pasta and how to Roll & Cut into Ravioli. You'll prepare two versions; Raviolo al'Uovo (with egg), the other with Spinach & Mushroom Filling. Preparation of a simple sauce is included.
