Class Information

Join Chef deborah as she guides through the preparation of Homemade Ravioli. The first is stuffed with Spinach, Mushrooms & Cheese. The second, Al Uvo, Ravioli with an Egg cooking inside! Of course you'll start by learning to make Pasta Dough from Scratch. With the focus on Ravioli, chef will keep the sauces simple - Brown Butter & Pesto. We supply everything from aprons to whisks to ravioli presses! You just bring yourself, in close-toed shoes and hair tied back, if necessary! See you at 1:00!
