Remember the 70's when Quiche was all the rage? Well, Chef kind of misses see Quiche on many menus of today. To remedy that, she is offering you this class in the preparation of two very different and very tasty Quiches! The first, a Salmon and Fresh Dill Crustless Quiche. The second, you'll learn to prepare Quiche done with a Puff Pastry Crust, then fill it with Rich Eggs Spinach Kalamata Olives and Ricotta Cheese! After preparing your food you'll have time to sit in our Tasting Area to sample your wares! We Provide Everything you'll need from Apron to Whisk! Copies of Recipes to take home too!
