Class Information

One Pot cooking often means heavy soups or stews. Not this time. White Fish gently simmered w/Seasonal Vegetables in a light broth, topped w/Garlic Aioli. And in keeping with this light fare, a simple dessert of Fresh Fruit with a dollop of Lemon-Honey Yogurt.
