Lump Crabmeat, Claw or Backfin. What's the difference? During this Class Chef will show you, Then you'll learn to prepare Crab Rangoons w/Pineapple-Chile Sauce along with a Crab Pepper Pot Soup. To cool your palate a Lychee Nut-Coconut-Lime Sorbet. Yum! This class is In-Person and Hands-On. We provide everything you'll need.
