Class Information

Whether you own a Tagine or not, you can still prepare and enjoy the slow-cooked, flavorful foods cooked low and slow in cast iron or clay. This vegetarian menu includes Eggplant & Olive Tagine, Couscous with Dried Fruit and Nuts and a Wonderfully Fresh, Crisp Fattoush. All Supplies included from aprons to spatulas. Recipe Packets to take home too!
