Class Information
This is a 2-hour live online cook-along class. The menu for this class includes: Happy Birthday Julia! Celebrate Julia's Birthday with this Live OnLine Cook-Along. You can either Cook-Along with Chef or just follow along with the recipes and watch. Whichever you decide, together you, Chef and other OnLine Friends will honor Julia by preparing just a few of her many recipes. This menu includes, Poached Halibut or your choice of Fish with a Refreshing Cucumber Sauce, Curly Endive Salad with that Famous Poached Egg on top and yes, an Orange Souffle Grand Marnier. Have your Adult Beverage ready - Julia would want it that way! Classes take place on Zoom*. After processing of payment, you'll receive the Zoom link and password as well as the Recipes, shopping list, list of tools/equipment needed. *You do NOT need a Zoom account to attend class.
