This Hands-On Cooking Experience showcases herbs, veggies & fruit in each dish! Apple-Fennel-Endive Salad w/Homemade Green Goddess Dressing, Creamy Risotto w/Lemon & Asparagus and for colour, Seared Salmon. Everything is provided for this In Person Class. Recipe Packets Included
