Class Information

This is an In-Person, Hands-On class where you'll cook, taste and take home printed copies of each recipe. And it's All About making Cod Fish Cool. How? By Pan-Searing it, then letting that White Fish savor and slow cook amid heirloom cherry tomatoes, lots of garlic and white wine. A Creamy Polenta will serve as delicious pillow for the Cod. On the side, more color on you plate by way of a Mixed Chopped Salad in an array of colors. Super Good! Super Easy! All Supplies are provided.
