You will Love this Seasonal Twist on an old Favorite, the Enchilada. A Filling of Roasted Squash, Chorizo and Cheese in a Spicy (but too spicy) Sauce then Topped with Cinnamon Crema! A Crisp Apple & Celery Slaw and to wash it all down, Homemade Horchata! Remember, all supplies are provided from aprons to spatulas. Copies of Recipes to take home too!
