Still not sure which knife to use for which job? Think that honing steel is actually sharpening your knives? Think again! In a little over an hour, Chef will teach you knife basics from the details of how to properly care for your knives. You'll also learn proper dicing, slicing and other cuts. Then, after all that slicing and dicing, Chef will guide you through the preparation of a composed or compound salad and easy vinaigrette to sit enjoy.
