Class Information

Learn how to prepare this French Classic made famous by Julia Child. You'll start the class by learning to prepare Chicken Coq au Vin, Chicken cooked in Wine, a rich stew-like, one-pot meal. Buttery Mashed Potatoes and a Simple Green Salad on the side. Doesn't get easier than this! We Supply everything from Aprons to Knives to Stock! All Supplies Provided.
