Class Information

Join Chef Rose as she guides you through her 5-Part Series, Cooking for Chakras. You can take all 5 sessions or simply choose 1 or 2 you believe with most benefit you. Part 3 focuses on the Heart Chakra. This menu you'll be preparing a Kale, Pea and Green Grape Salad w/Poppy Seed Vinaigrette, and Pan-seared Salmon. Chef Rose will also have a tasty Hibiscus & Green Apple Beverage for you upon your arrival to class. All supplies are included!
