Class Information

In response to our received requests for more Basic Cooking Classes, we've decided to offer a rotation of basics with our Cooking 101 Series. The first in this Series: Eggs! In this Hands-On class you'll learn the secret to preparing Creamy Scrambled Eggs, how to intentionally Hard or Soft-Boil your eggs, some work on those elusive Poached and for something special a Baked Egg Dish. Recipes Packets are included!
