Class Information

In this second of our Cooking 101 Series, you'll go beyond mustard and catsup and begin exploration of the 5 Mother Sauces. Since time disallows for all 5 Sauces, Chef will begin with the Bechamel first. Followed by a Simple, Silky Pan Sauce and lastly a Refreshing Cucumber-Dill Sauce. You'll also learn what each sauce is best served on or with! Recipes Included!
