Class Information
This is a 2-hour live online cook-along class. The menu for this class includes: Zucchini Scarpaccia with Zucchini Blossoms or Pumpkin Blossoms or Culinary Dandelions! Whichever we can forage! On the side a Simple Spinach Salad with Roasted Sweet Potato and Pears. Classes take place on Zoom*. Upon confirmation, you'll receive the link to access the class and a password as well as the recipe list, shopping list, list of tools needed and prep information. *You do not need a Zoom account to attend class.
